- You open the Research Cloud portal in your browser.
- The Research Cloud "Login" button directs you to SURFconext.
- SURFconext asks you for your institute and directs you to your institutes Single Sign On page. (If you need more information about SURFconext or your institute as an identity provider please refer to the SRAM at SURFconext page.)
- You authenticate with your institute's credentials. If your institute is not (yet) connected to SRAM, then you can use the EduID provider from that list, instead of your institute's.
- After a successful login with your institute, you are directed to SRAM.
- SRAM asks you to add some personal details.
- Next step is eduTEAMS, that asks you to add some personal details.
- You are directed back to the Research Cloud and can start working.
