To log in to a Jupyter Notebook workspace you can just use the same credentials as you use for the Research Cloud portal.
Most probably these are your institute's credentials - or EduID. The SRAM login method we introduced for Jupyter Notebooks had to be rolled back due to issue, currently the Jupyter Notebook uses the TOTP login method until we solved the SRAM logins issues, and can re-activate it.
