In general, accounts are valid for one year. Two months before the expiration date, you will get an automatically generated e-mail, notifying you that the account will expire. If you want to extend the account, do the following:
- UvA and VU users: ask your project leader to submit a ticket to https://servicedesk.surf.nl/, asking for an extension of the expiration date.
- NWO users: ask NWO (rekentijd@nwo.nl) for an extension of the expiration date. Include the response from NWO in a ticket to https://servicedesk.surf.nl/
- Other users: contact https://servicedesk.surf.nl/
